Had a marvellous weekend in Scotland in August at the Equine Shiatsu Association's annual conference. We had a great exchange of ideas and it was lovely to put faces to people who have previously only been names. I caught up with my tutor Jill Blake of the Susex School of Equine Shiatsu and took advantage of the offer of a Ride with your Mind lesson from Viv Issacs - thanks to Liz for the loan of a horse. I hope to be able to go to all these conferences as they are very valuable and they are also fun! Unfortunately I have been "off the road" as far as Shiatsu has been concerned as I had to unexpectedly have some surgery. However I hope to be out and about again in a couple of weeks so thank you to everyone who has helped and supported me and been patient about me getting to their horse!
